浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司對浸出溶劑質量進行有效評價,分析出浸出溶劑的主要成分及含量比。根據評價結果以及殘留溶劑對人體健康的危害,研究胡麻油中殘留溶劑檢測方法,建立胡麻油中殘留溶劑的化合物組外標法測定方法。建立的化合物組外標法定量方法能夠真實反映胡麻油中殘留溶劑的量。
