1.可測試各種交直流、電流、電壓、中間、自保持, 信號等多種單個繼電器及整組繼電保護屏，可測試各種繼電器的吸合電壓（電流）值,釋放電壓（電流）值，各種觸頭（常開、常閉、

轉換、延時）的吸合時間和斷開時間，均自動測試三次并儲存數，并自動計算三次均值的返回系數且打印,

可重復顯示及打印測試結果。

2.可方便地測試重合閘繼電器的各項參數。

3.采用了的計時基準(１０微秒)及長達999秒的計數器 ，所以可單獨作為毫秒計取代傳統的秒表。
