在對本菲爾脫碳裝置運行現狀和活化熱鉀堿技術分析總結的基礎上,采用ACT-1活化劑對本菲爾脫碳系統(tǒng)進行改造的方案.結果表明,在脫碳溶液中加入0.65%ACT-1即可在保證凈化度情況下使脫碳半貧液循環(huán)量減少10%以上,同時噸氨活化劑的損耗低于0.015 kg,溶液體系發(fā)泡性能也有所改善,達到了節(jié)能降耗的目的,使活化熱鉀堿脫碳技術水平上了一個新臺階.
