2.旋轉夾頭:扭轉夾頭應能繞試件軸線雙向旋轉,旋轉夾頭的轉速可調,轉速均勻穩定;

7.杠桿-砝碼加力機構:對線材產生不大于2%的拉力,在試驗過程中,保證線材平直,或使線材斷裂后脫開停機,保證數據準確;
8.獨特彈簧緩沖機構:保證線材斷后夾頭座對支座的緩沖,延長使用壽命;
9.凸輪機構:鍍光亮鉻手柄,帶動凸輪,可以使線材夾緊-拉直更方便;
